Auto expo at New Delhi is being going on. This Auto expo is the complete Automotive show where variety of car’s. The Show Brings Exposure for Vintage Car Display, Go-carting, Award Nights, Design Contest, Diesel Pavilion. The area is spread over 140,000 square meter’s. 2100 participants have taken participation. India, one of the world’s fastest growing auto markets, will see the launch of over ten vehicles, including small cars during the 10th Auto Expo. “The 2010 Auto Expo will be bigger, brighter and better than the previous shows.
All types of vehicles like Cars, Sports Utility Vehicles, Multi-Utility Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Buses, Trucks, Motor Cycles, Scooters, Mopeds, Three Wheelers.
Global car makers including Toyota, Honda, Volkswagen, Suzuki, BMW, General Motors, and Indian heavyweights Tata Motors, Maruti and Mahindra & Mahindra will showcase their latest cars.
Hyundai will also unveil the electric version of its i10 mini car.
Maruti Suzuki will showcase 17 vehicles.
Toyota will launch the concept of its small car for India. Toyota’s compact car is named the ‘Entry Family Car’ or ‘EFC’ and is expected to be priced at below $10,000.
The Chevrolet Beat slated for a launch in January is expected to cost between Rs 350,000 to Rs 500,000. The compact Beat will be city-friendly and promises good fuel economy.
Ford Figo is a four-door hatchback, powered by an indigenous diesel and petrol engine.
The Volkswagen Polo is the first small car for the Indian market from Volkswagen. Available in both petrol and diesel engines, the Polo is likely to have a price tag of Rs 400,000.
Nissan plans to launch the Micra in May. Available in both petrol and diesel versions, the car is likely to be priced at Rs 450,000.
Hyundai Motor India will unveil the electric version of its popular compact car, the i10, which had made its world debut in New Delhi.
