From drunken brawls to conflict in Iraq; who’s combating for us?
In market-town England, Ben and Jamie are on a typical drunken evening out with their mates. It’s the standard bender on the town, the place the lads insult one another and flirt with the women who insult them again. However tonight is completely different: the subsequent day, the 2 younger troopers are off for lively service in Iraq.
Out of their depth and combating in a conflict that they don’t perceive, the younger males are managing their ethical compass, loyally following orders and attempting to be in contact with their complicated love lives. All with bravado that belies the reality of their worry and vulnerability.
However what’s the influence on these alienated and vulnerable troopers? And what penalties will their ill-equipped ethical codes have on the West and the individuals they arrive house to?
