India International Trade Fair 2010 At New Delhi

The India International Trade Fair (IITF) commenced here on Sunday at the Pragati Maidan.

Delhi Chief Minsiter Sheila Dikshit inaugurated the Delhi pavilion and visited each stall.

Rajashtan Chief Minsiter Ashok Gehlot and the newly appointed Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan, visited the State stalls along with Union Minister Anand Sharma. 

The Fair will be open to the general public from 19 to 27 November, as first four days have been solely reserved for exclusive interactions between the manufacturers, traders and exhibitors and the buyers.

23 countries will showcase their wide range of products and services.

Special Display sections of techmart, represnting products and technologies of small and medium enterprises, Saras, Highlighting tribal and rural handicrafts, and Good Living, with focus on products and goods relevant to daily living.
