In 2010, Unilever introduced the closing of the worthwhile Fralib tea processing and packaging plant within the South of France. After 1336 days of resistance, the employees celebrated their victory towards the enormous multinational and have become homeowners of the manufacturing facility. Now, with the take-over of the corporate and manufacturing beneath staff’ management, a brand new wrestle has begun. Can this different undertaking be viable inside an oversaturated, extremely aggressive market?
TASTE OF HOPE is the fascinating story of a staff’ cooperative on their bumpy and conflicting highway to actual utopia.
